From September 2009 to Present

• Working with a fully dedicated team on web based application and DIY CMS development & customization under the Australian company where my role is Project Manager/Team Leader/Team Member. As a project manager I have to manage a whole project using project management tools like GUI builder, CVS, issue tracker, wiki etc. which includes planning, requirement analysis, cost & deadline estimation, design & development, testing, maintenance, manage project members & clients using the Agile software development process. As a team leader I have to manage my team members according to the instructions of my assigned project manager. And as a team member I have to follow the instructions given by my team leader. In each role I act as a software engineer and team player.

Future Group

From February 2009 to August 2009

• Worked with a team and individually on web based information management system, enterprise solutions, job site and regular web sites where my role was team leader and software engineer. My responsibilities were requirement collection and analysis, designing the user interface and database, developing critical web applications and team management.

Pragati Insurance Limited

From August 2008 to January 2009

• Designed, developed and implemented web based client management system for the insurance company.

From November 2007 to July 2008

• Developed & maintained web based applications and acted as Head of IT Department.
