Having 2+ years of experience on PHP and 6+ years of experience on Programming I have developed some rich and professional web and desktop applications. I am an open source contributor and developed plugins for various open source technologies like CodeIgniter, Smarty, jQuery etc. and also start developing some open source RAD tools using PHP & JavaScript. I always like to be updated with latest technologies and try to adopt it as soon as possible. As a Web 2.0 expert I have advance level concept on OOP(Both PHP & Javascript), MySQL, CSS, AJAX, JSON and XML. As a project manager/team leader I know how to develop and organize a project in most efficient way using project management technologies like CVS, issue tracker, wiki, project management tool etc. I like to follow the Agile development process which i think is the best way to deal with developers and clients to meet the requirements and deadlines through a nice & organized teamwork.
